Primary Presentation Night
This year, we are excited to announce a refreshed approach to our Primary Presentation Night. Our goal is to create an evening that is enjoyable, inclusive, and celebrates every student.
How will the night run?
The evening will follow a split program format:
- 5:15 PM – 5:45 PM: Early Years Presentation Night (Prep to Year 2)
- 5:45 PM – 6:00 PM: Intermission – This allows younger children the opportunity to head home if needed.
- 6:00 PM: Primary Presentation Night (Years 3 to 6)
Why the change?
We recognise the importance of keeping the event concise and engaging for all families. By introducing this format, we aim to celebrate every student while accommodating the needs of our younger learners and their families during a busy time of year.
Considerations
- After the Early Years Presentation Night, younger children staying for the second half of the evening will be seated with their families. This may involve some seating adjustments during the intermission.
