This holiday period runs from Monday 7 April until Thursday 17 April. Please note, Friday 18 and Monday 21 April are public holidays. To request bookings email reception@cccearlylearning.com advising of the day/s and sessions you would like. We have 12-hour (6:30am-6:30pm) or 8-hour (8am-4pm) sessions available each day. If we are not advised of a session time we will book your child/ren in for the 12-hour session. Vacation Care places are strictly limited and once we reach capacity children will be added to our Waitlist. Please note that once a booking has been made it cannot be removed.
We would like to remind you of our morning supervision arrangements to ensure the safety of all students.
General supervision at school begins at 8:15 am. However, supervision in the Early Years playground for Prep students does not begin until 8:30 am. Additionally, Prep classroom doors will not open for unpacking bags until 8:30 am.
If you arrive before 8:30 am, please ensure your child is dropped off at the Primary Village Courtyard, near the Year 1-6 classrooms, where a staff member is on duty from 8:15 am. There is no supervision in the Early Years playground before 8:30 am, and we have noticed that some parents are dropping off their children and leaving before this time. To ensure student safety, please direct your child to the supervised Primary Village Courtyard if arriving before 8:30 am.
If you require care outside these supervision times, our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) service is available for before and after school care. Please contact the Early Learning Centre for more information on OSHC bookings.
We appreciate your support in following these procedures to keep all our students safe. If you have any questions, please contact your child’s teacher or Mrs Natalie Cocks (Deputy Principal – Primary) for more information.
Mr Harte went along with 13 of our Year 4, 5 and 6 girls to go represent CCC at the Girls Rugby League Gala Day on the 14 of March. The aim of the day was to get girls excited about playing rugby league, and it did. It was so pleasing to see how everyone was courageous in the way they played. The Year 6 girls led the younger teammates and encouraged them to get involved in the game. Well done to Opelle Sumner for being presented Players' Player for the way she ripped in, made many tackles and scored a try. Many proud moments were had as spectators witnessed first games, runs, tackles and tries. The team only grew and grew in confidence as the afternoon progressed and they even made an impromptu prayer circle. Praise and honour to God who blessed us with beautiful weather and no severe injuries. I'm sure we'll have many returning players for competitions later in the year.
We would like to remind our CCC students and families of the values and expectations we uphold when travelling on the bus. CCC students who catch the bus are expected to demonstrate the CLEAR values— Courageous, Learners, Excellent, Accountable, and Respectful. Students are also expected to be accountable for their actions, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for everyone on the bus. Please remind students that they are to wear seatbelts and be respectful of the driver. By embodying these values, CCC students set a positive example and contribute to a stronger, more respectful community.
We would love for you to join us for playgroup in our fully fenced early years area. We have playtime, sing songs together and participate in craft activities, and morning tea is provided for little ones. We'd love to see you there!
